L.A. Toro Zoysia Turf Grass
Originated in southern California, L.A. Toro Zoysia was developed for drought conditions. Warm season grass - leaf texture and color is medium - tends to be darker green in shade. Best known for shade tolerant and has a high tolerance to fungus and insects. As growers of different varieties of southern grasses, we recommend the L.A. Toro over the St. Augustine. The benefits are less watering, low maintenance and durability. St. Augustine is very susceptible to fungus and disease especially from July to September.
